This week’s episode of Top Chef was brilliant — lots of Fabio, little of Toby and Leah finally goes home. But it made me think about what my last supper would be. In-season lobster roll (hold the celery) and skinny fries? Some sort of seafood pasta dish? Anything prepared by Tom Colicchio? Nah. I’d stick close to home and have bistec de pollo empanizado con arroz blanco and frijoles negros (breaded chicken cutlets with black beans and rice — Cuban style).
